«Provokado Документы» — внутренний инструмент команды агентства Provokado (ИП Балынский М.). Им пользуются только сотрудники агентства на своих компьютерах.
Программа работает целиком на компьютере сотрудника. Ключ входа хранится в системном хранилище паролей этого компьютера (Связка ключей macOS или Диспетчер учётных данных Windows). Содержимое документов и данные Google-аккаунта никуда, кроме серверов Google, не отправляются: ни агентству, ни третьим лицам. Программа не собирает статистику и не показывает рекламу.
Использование данных, полученных через API Google, соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.
В любой момент: myaccount.google.com/permissions → «Provokado Документы» → «Удалить доступ». После этого программа больше ничего не может сделать в аккаунте.
Provokado Documents is an internal tool used only by members of the Provokado agency team on their own computers.
Access requested: Google Docs (documents) — to read and edit documents the team member works on (add tabs with new text versions, read tab text); Google Drive (drive) — to create documents in client folders, including the team folder shared by the team lead, and to share them by link. The app only works with the folders and documents the team member names in a task.
Data handling: the app runs entirely on the team member's computer. The sign-in token is kept in the operating system's password vault. Document content and account data are sent only to Google's servers and never to the agency or any third party. No analytics, no advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Provokado Documents → Remove access.
